Achievements

A/Prof. Luan has engaged inthe researches into Ⅱ-Ⅵ compound semiconductors, e.g.,Synthesis and single crystal growth, property characteristics andfabrication of the devices (X- and γ ray detector, Magneto-opticisolator). Especially she specializes in the analysis of microstructures and defects by the Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM) and the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). She hadsuccessfully accomplished the government funded project (NationalNatural Science Foundation of China NSFC Project，GrantNo. 51402022)“Studiesof Crystal Growth, Energy Band Structure and Magneto-opticProperties of Vanadium doped Cd_0.9Mn_0.1TeCrystal”and theNatural Science Basic Research Plan in Shaanxi Province (Grant No.2017 JM5129), etc. Morethan 20 academic papers have been published in J. Cryst. Growth,Solid State Commun. and J. Alloys and Compd. etc.
