Achievements

JHZheng main research direction is new energy materials andsemiconductor nanomaterials. He has published more than 30 SCIpapers, presided over one national natural science foundation andone shaanxi natural science foundation, and presided over andparticipated in a number of horizontal projects. Two inventionpatents and two utility model patents have been approved.
