Achievements

Prof.Zhang has engaged in the hot workability of titanium alloysincluding the hot working processes, microstructure formationmechanism and mechanical properties of titanium alloys. Togetherwith her co-worker, she has proposed the superplasticity oftitanium alloys with large grains and its prediction, which is afascinating subject for hard-working materials. Zhang has beensupported by 10 projects including the National Natural ScienceFoundation of China and published more than 30 academic papers.
