Dr.Guo mainly focused on the investigation of the preparation,characterization and photoelectric properties of functional thinfilm materials, especially HfOxfilm. The resistive polarity and behavior of HfOxbased RRAM doped with different elements were carried out. Byadjusting the doping concentration, and analyzing the formingprocess at different polarities, it is found that the propertiesof defects, such as type, distribution and quantity, have a keyinfluence on the resistance properties of thin films. In recentyears, Dr. Guo has published more than ten SCI papers, andobtained National Natural Science Foundation and the Fund of theState Key Laboratory of Solidification Processing in NWPU. |
