Q2：在线申请系统提交申请后，什么时候可以付费？
After submitting the application online, when should I pay the application fee?
A：通过初审后，在申请主界面右端的Online Payment中会有付费信息，届时按要求缴费即可。初审一般需要3-5个工作日，高峰期或有所迟滞，敬请谅解。
When you pass the preliminary review, you will find your payment information in Online Payment, which is on the right side of the mainpage. The preliminary review usually takes 3-5 working days, and it may take longer time during the peak. We’ll appreciate your patience.
Q3：申请CSC奖学金的学生是否需要缴纳600元申请费？
I am a CSC applicant, and do I need to pay 600RMB application fee?
A：是的。申请CSC奖学金的学生需要完成CSC网站的申报流程外，还需要在CAU申请平台完成申请。我校申请平台申请费为600人民币，且不予退还。
Exactly. The applicants who apply for CSC Scholarship need to complete the application on both CSC website and CAU online application system. We require 600 CNY for completion of the application and it is non-refundable.
Q4: 是否需要提交纸质版的申请材料？
Do I need to send hard copies of application materials?
A：不需要，我校已全面实行在线申请。申请者只需要按照要求在我校申请平台中填写并提交符合要求的申请材料即可。
No. Our school has fully implemented online application from 2020. Applicants only need to fill in and submit application materials that meet our requirements in our school’sapplication platform.
Q5：申请的截止日期是什么时候？
When is the deadline for application?
A: 2025 CSC奖学金申请截止时间：2025年3月31日
注：此处指TypeB，TypeA需咨询各国使馆。
2025一带一路”奖学金申请截止时间：2025年5月31日
自费项目申请截止时间：2025年6月15日
非学位进修申请截止时间：2025年6月15日
March 31st, 2025 for CSC Scholarship application
May 31st, 2025 for “The Belt and Road” Scholarship application
15th June, 2025 for self-funded and non-degree application
Note: The CSC program here refers to Type B. Type A information should be in accordance with the notice of embassy.

Where can I find the majors opening to international students?
A：登录长安大学国际教育学院官方网站http://ies.chd.edu.cn/en/，在招生信息栏目中可以找到各项目的专业列表。

Q7：我目前还在学校学习，还没拿到毕业证，可以申请吗？
I’ve not graduated yet. Can I apply ?
A：当然可以。你可以上传一份预毕业证明。如被录取，9月份报到时需补交正式毕业证及学位证。
Yes. If the applicant is a student on campus, pre-graduation certification must be submitted. If you are accepted, you are supposed to submit an official degree certificate and diploma when you register in September.
Q8：我没有雅思或者托福证书，我该怎么办？
I don’t have IELTS or TOEFL certificate. What should I do?
A：如果你来自母语或官方语言是英语的国家，你不需要提供语言成绩就可以申请英文授课。对于非英语国家学生，我校一般不接受语言机构开具的英语水平证明，可选择参加DUOLINGO在线语言考试。
If you are from English-speaking countries, you are free to apply for English-taught programs without any certificates. For those who are from non-English-speaking countries, basically we don’t recognize any language certificate from language training institution, you may take a language test by DUOLINGO online test.
